Vida (album)

Vida was the 1972 debut of Sui Generis, introducing the acoustic folk-rock of teenage Charly García and Nito Mestre. Built around gentle guitars, flute, and observational lyrics, it found a wide young audience and announced a new, more intimate strain of rock nacional. The album launched one of the movement's defining songwriting partnerships.
