Quadrant Dub (Basic Channel)

Quadrant Dub, released by Basic Channel in 1994, pushed the duo's method to its most dub-saturated extreme, letting echo and noise become the music's foreground. It made explicit the Jamaican logic hidden inside Berlin's machine rhythms. The record is regarded as a landmark of the dub-techno strain the city exported worldwide.
